Hello Friends, and welcome to another unmissable offering from Lord Browns Furniture, the UK’s premier resource for fine Sofas and Chairs.

On offer on this occasion is something capable of being the last pair of sofas you ever need buy, it being a gorgeous, sensationally-proportioned identical-pair of “Ascot” Sofas from the world renown French furniture house of Roche Bobois, benefitting from the most stunning, thick dark-brown leather upholstery.

As you will no doubt be aware by your interest in this rare pair, Roche Bobois pieces are the epitome of contemporary European furniture design, are of peerless quality, and exhibit detailing and execution of an unrivalled standard.

In a world of temporary pleasures, Roche Bobois create beautiful furniture that remains a joy forever.

Dressed in the most impressive, high-grade, thick, tactile yet stunningly-resilient neck-leather upholstery option in a neutral, elegant dark-brown hue. Whilst being as robust and hard-wearing as rhino skin, its softness and texture is simply divine to the touch.

Whilst deliberately possessing a beguilingly-relaxed and informal appearance, each piece is in original, beautifully-maintained condition and, aside from a small number of light, superficial marks and blemishes (as you might reasonably expect with a piece of this colour and nature) and some subtle colour-relaxing and changing across both pieces (as is inevitable with a premium leather of this type), is nothing short of a joy to behold. Whilst clearly not perfect, i think them as well-presented as you are ever likely to find.

Please view the images provided to confirm its superb condition and appearance. A more wonderfully-executed pair of modern, informal seats is difficult to imagine. An accomplished and talented all-rounder, which has been specified and built to heirloom quality. As beautiful as they are bombproof.

In its current condition, it would possibly fall-short of the requirements of the true-perfectionist but, for someone looking for a piece of high-design to position at the heart of family life, it is truly heaven sent! This superb pair possesses all the beauty and majesty of the finest contemporary furniture money can buy.

Dimensions-wise, each sofa measures 180cm wide, stands 80cm high and is 100cm deep.

The breathtaking seating position this iconic modern-design creates is enhanced by the use of sumptuously comfortable, generously upholstered feather-filled back and composite-filled seat cushioning (which, as the images will confirm, is particularly soft and squishy), which leaves you powerless to resist its charms.

Costing in excess of £16,000 when new, it represents spectacular value for money, and we have no doubt it will serve and delight its new owner for many years to come.

Delivery of this piece to most UK mainland addresses will cost £240, and can be organised on behalf of the winning bidder upon request using one of our hand-picked panel of specialist, fully-insured independent furniture couriers.
